Best I can find is that it was discovered in Belgium in 1911 and then disappeared.

Underneath a diagram of the Earth orbiting the Sun (barely visible in this image), the words “E pur si muove” (“And yet it moves” or “Albeit it does move”) appear (not legible in this image).
