Suspects in vandalism to John Poole Middle School

Detectives from the Montgomery County Police Department – 1st District Investigative Section continue to investigate a vandalism that occurred to the John Poole Middle School located at 17014 Tom Fox Avenue in Poolesville.

Today, investigators are releasing photographs of two suspects and a suspect vehicle that was seen in the area and are asking for the public’s help in identifying them.

On Monday, May 16, 1st District officers responded to the John Poole Middle School for the report of a vandalism.

The investigation revealed that on May 16 at 7:30 a.m., school employees arrived to the school and discovered that several areas of the exterior of the school building, along with areas on the tennis court had been spray-painted with graffiti and profanity.

Officers checked the school’s surveillance system and observed the two suspects walking from the rear area of the school on Sunday, May 15 at 1:33 a.m.

Officers also saw a black Jeep Wrangler on the surveillance cameras driving on school property at the same time the two suspects are seen at the school.
