Photo is Composite Sketch of a Person of Interest in the Burglary

Loudoun County Sheriff’s Detectives have released a composite sketch of a person of interest in a February 2016 burglary at a retirement community in Sterling, Va.

A resident who lives in the 20400 block of Earhart Place at Falcon’s Landing reported on February 18 her home was entered between 11:30 a.m. and 1 p.m.

A large amount of jewelry was reported missing from the home.

The victim reported just prior to leaving her home, an unknown male came to her door and when she answered the door he said he was at the wrong house.

A similar encounter occurred around 12:30 p.m. that same day when an unknown male went to a home on Langley Drive and when the resident answered he said was looking for his dog.

Both witnesses described the subject as:

  • having olive skin
  • 5’10″ – 6’0″ tall
  • heavy build
  • short brown hair

He was wearing dark pants and a dark maintenance style shirt and jacket, with no logos.
